The hotel is very modern and with a good connection to Palermo Airport. It was a great place to explore the local area and cities like Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, Castellammare del Golfo, and Erice. TheTerme Segestane is an absolute must! What makes this hotel very special and I would say exceptional is the staff, from the front desk staff to room service and staff in a restaurant, who made us feel very welcome and our stay unforgettable. The breakfasts were delicious! It's a perfect place for a romantic retreat.

Great facility, fairly new, well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. good breakfast. Nice pool although a little shallow for adults but great for small children. the restaurant is very good. we had dinner one evening during our one week stay. great

very friendly staff, room was clean and bathroom had a good size, this is important for italy. breakfast was very nicely setup, while everything was there sometimes the eggs got cold and the soft boild eggs where always hard. the restaurant has amazing regional food.

We were initially given a small corner room with no balcony and a window looking into the bathroom. I didn’t really want to lie in bed and see someone on the toilet and so we asked for a different room and we’re given a much larger room with balcony. This room was very comfortable and spacious.

Very nice, new and tidy hotel! All the stuff - especially the receptionists were very friendly. Near the nice city Castellmate del Golfo. Good starting point for exploring North-West-Coast.
